Before Treatment
- Heavy Meal: Eat a heavy/full meal before the appointment, as you may be numb and unable to eat for a few hours afterward.
- Medication: If the doctor prescribed antibiotics prior to the sitting, ensure you have taken them.
- Previous Records: Bring all your previous X-rays and prescriptions.
- Rest: Ensure you had a good night's sleep and are well-rested.
- Questions: Prepare any questions you have about the procedure or crown costs.
After Care
- Fragile Tooth: Do not chew hard food on the treated tooth until the permanent crown (cap) is fixed.
- Medication: Take the prescribed painkillers and antibiotics exactly on time; do not skip doses.
- Swelling: If there is mild swelling, apply a cold pack to your cheek (outside) for 10 minutes.
- Oral Hygiene: Brush gently around the treated area; do not be aggressive.
- Crown Mandatory: You must return within 10-15 days to fix the Dental Crown, otherwise, the tooth may break.
